Award-winning Just Salon opens at exclusive Short Hills Mall as a flagship L’Oreal salon; designed and built by Nader Homes, Inc.

Short Hills, NJ, June 16, 2010 – Just Salon proudly announces the opening of its European-inspired salon in the prestigious Short Hills Mall in Short Hills, New Jersey.

“We are thrilled to be in the nation’s most exclusive mall. It is a natural fit with both our discerning clientele and first-rate talent, who are accustomed to working in the very best salons. Customers don’t have to go to New York City to have a Madison Avenue experience – they can have it all right here in Short Hills, New Jersey.” said Mario Raimondi, Owner and Hair Director. “Every detail in the design and layout of the salon embodies our years of experience and provides our customers with old-world charm and high-tech products and services. The partnership we have fostered with L’Oreal brings it all together.”

Just Salon, which has another location in downtown Millburn, features stylists who actively participate in New York Fashion Week and work as both educators and stylists. On New Jersey Life magazine's A-List the past two years, the original Just Salon in Millburn was named one of five salons in New Jersey to exclusively launch L'Oreal's revolutionary ammonia-free color technology, INOA, before it was made available nationally in May of this year.

In fact, Just Salon exclusively offers L’Oreal’s wide breadth of hair products and has worked closely with the L’Oreal organization to create an environment that showcases them beautifully and effectively.

“Emiliani Enterprises and L’Oreal Professionnel are proud and honored to work with Just Salon.  They are a long time customer of Emiliani and loyal users of L’Oreal Professionnel products. The talent and creativity of the entire Just Salon team never disappoints and this new venture is a long time dream of Mario’s. We couldn’t be happier to see this materialize.”, said Meleah Cirone, Prestige Account Manager for L’Oreal Professionnel.

Nader Homes, Inc., a Whippany, NJ based design/build firm, completed the build-out and managed an all-star design team which included architect Marcelo Gonzalaz, Maglan Design, and cabinet-maker Massimo DeFelice.

“We enjoyed working on the design and execution of this gorgeous facility. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship in the end product reflects the talent of our organization and the high standards in which Just Salon operates”, said Nader Homes’ Project Architect Matt Lucciola.

Just Salon, providing full services ranging from hair color, cuts, styling, waxing, pedicures and manicures, can be found on the lower level of Short Hills Mall, near Bloomingdales and across from Papa Razzi Restaurant.

Americans Excited About Remodeling

The Spring 2010 US Remodeling Sentiment Report is out and it is good news for both homeowners and builders/remodelers. Americans are excited again about the remodeling plans for their homes - in fact that sentiment is at an all-time high of 54%. Additionally, the number of homeowners planning to remodel has increased to 13% and reflects a strong trend upwards, boding well for 2010 and beyond. If you are on the fence about your plans for your home, you may be moved by the fact that building materials and associated remodeling costs are now averaging about 20% lower than 2006....of course this won't last as the coming upswing will surely increase costs.

What has become the most popular smaller remodeling job? Bathrooms renovations and additions have eclipsed kitchen makeovers - which may reflect the changing needs of the family trumping the desire for luxury.
