Nader Homes, Inc., a Whippany, NJ based design/build firm, completed the build-out and managed an all-star design team which included architect Marcelo Gonzalaz, Maglan Design, and cabinet-maker Massimo DeFelice.

Nader Homes, Inc. was awarded the Community Builders & Remodelers Association (CBRA) Award of Excellence for Best Kitchen Addition at the 2010 Awards of Excellence gala, held on June 10^th, 2010.

This is the fourth Award of Excellence Nader Homes has received from the CBRA over the past five years.

 

The Awards of Excellence Program is designed so that the Community Builders & Remodelers Association of NJ and Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern NJ may have the opportunity to recognize and promote members of the New Jersey Builders Association who have reached high levels of achievement in the fields of new home construction, remodeling, commercial building, sales and marketing.

 

Congratulations to Chatham Township for being listed as the #2 Best Place to Live in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine. Bedminster Township in Somerset County was listed as #1, and Chatham Township the highest ranked Morris County town. The rankings were listed in the March 2010 issue of the magazine, and were tabulated using such inidicators as home prices, property taxes, preserved land, unemployment rate, crime rate, schools and hospitals.

The Spring 2010 US Remodeling Sentiment Report is out and it is good news for both homeowners and builders/remodelers. The CBRA is a local professional trade organization, affiliated with the New Jersey Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, to promote and protect all segments of the residential building industry and its customers in Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren and Hunterdon counties.
