Nader of Nader Homes, Inc. became one of the select group of professional builders, remodelers, and other industry professionals nationwide who have earned the Certified Green Professional [CGP] designation, identifying him as someone with knowledge of the best strategies for incorporating green building principles into homes.
The CGP program is administered by the National Association of Home Builders [NAHB] and sponsored locally by the Community Builders Association in Whippany, New Jersey.

In operation since 2001, Nader Homes’ services range from new custom home construction to additions and remodeling projects. As a design/build company Nader Homes also offers architectural and interior design services as well as a custom kitchen cabinet line. George Nader also holds a Certified Graduate Builder [CGB] designation from the NAHB.
The CGP curriculum incorporates a variety of information tailored to green building and business practices. It incorporates training by leading building industry practitioners and academics on a range of topics, including strategies for incorporating green-building principles into homes using cost-effective methods of construction, and how green homes provide buyers with lower maintenance costs and better quality of life. Techniques are also discussed for competitively differentiating home products with increased indoor environmental quality as well as energy and resource efficiency.
CGP program graduates are required to maintain their designation by completing 12 hours of continuing education every 3 years, a portion of which pertain to green building activities.

Methodology
The 2008 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2007, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in 2007.

The purpose of the SAM Awards is to give recognition to the builders and their associates who have made major contributions to the home building industry in the state of New Jersey. The awards gala is the annual kick-off to the Atlantic Builders Convention held every year in Atlantic City. The ABC is the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast, drawing more than 14,000 participants from a six-state region.
